Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have osteoarthritis in my hips and have doctored with chiropractors for 40 years. I just recently started having terrible pain in my right knee. A orthopedic surgeon x-rayed it and found that I have a very slight case of arthritis in the knee and there is good space between the bones. A little age-related wear and tear. The pain is so bad that I can hardly walk. I m suspecting that the problem is coming from my hip. What type of exercises can I do to overcome this problem. I don t believe in drugs or shots but will continue with my chiropractor appts and will exercise.
