What Causes Severe Pain In The Right Rib On Bending Down?

For the past 14 years from time to time, usually went I bend down I get a extremely painful feeling of what I think is an organ that gets stuck in my right rib. I quickly have to get up and raise my right hand up and I can feel it pop out. What is it?
