What Causes Severe Pain In The Right Side Of Stomach?

I was working out last week on Friday doing sprints, when all of a sudden I got a horrible pain on the right side of my stomach. Than later I laid down and tried doing a sit up and it hurt much. The pain was terrible that night I couldn t even sleep. Now the pain had gotten better but it hurts when I sneeze or cough.

it can be appendicitis or intestinal partial obstruction. can be intussusception. gastoenterologist should be consulted for examination and advise.ultrasound abdomen can help in diagnosis.
