What Causes Severe Pain In The Shoulder?
Feb 25th at night I experienced extreme shoulder pain that ive never had before. I took 2 advil and put a hot cloth and finally the pain subsided. The follow night the pain now moved from on my left shoulder to BOTH arms shoulder to elbow again i took 2 advil and put the hot cloth on and rotated arms. I woke up today to feel horrible pain in both arms but not as bad as it gets at night right before bed. What is this?

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan to rule out possible ligament or tendon involvement.
