When i do my head up n drink water or saliva there is pain in my throat doctor told me that it is due to cold n he has given me a phyaringities medicine for Six days n today I have completed three days medicine but there is no any changes in my health...m worried so much....

You may be suffering from pharyngitis or tonsillitis which causes sever pain during swallowing.ask your doctor to pain relieving drugs like paracetamol and brufen.
