Hello,

There are different causes of left upper abdominal pain. It can be caused by gastroduodenal ulcera or pancreatitis etc. Does it get better after food or it get worse? Have you recently done an ultrasound and what was the result Does it gets worse at night? Some more details are needed or even an ultrasound.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
