What Causes Severe Pain In The Upper Back After An Abortion?

I am happend to abortion last month. On 6th march. And now i had sex on 20th april. My periods should be on these days. But its not accuring. Last night i have taken 2 pills of gynaecosid. And now i have severe pain in my body spacialy in my upper part of back??? What to do now?? Its very severe pain.

Hi, I think you might be getting the periods in few days. After abortion, it may take few montgs for your periods to be normal again. But just do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. It can be due to pregnancy also. If negative, you can take some medicines like meprate or deviry for inducing periods. Hope it helps.
