What Causes Severe Pain In The Upper Foot And Ankle?

I have pain on my left foot and ankle, not able to do my daily walking routine, feels much pain afterwards. Foot feels like stepping on a pebble, there s a spot on my side of the foot that s very painful, when I dorsiflex the foot. I feel soreness on my legs, knees and hips too. Can you help?

give any history of injury.if so xray foot can be taken and consultorthopaedic surgeon.can be calcanium spur. apply crepe bandage and take tab combiflam tablet twice after foodanalgesic ointment can be applied. give rest to foot. final treatment after xray report and diagnosis.
