What Causes Severe Pain In The Upper Legs Indicate?

I started having severe aches in my upper outer legs starting below the hip and radiating down to above my knees. I think I m coming down with a virus, but have never experienced this severe of localized pain before when sick. This started Wednesday evening and seems to be getting worse even though I am taking ibuprofen or acetaminophen. I also started menstruating Wednesday. Can this be causing the pain? Should I seek medical attention?

Hello,

Don't worry about it. It may be due to menstruation. You can take tramadol and paracetamol combination twice a day for five days. Apply warm water bag application.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
