What Causes Severe Pain In The Vagina?

Pretty often I have this pain in my right front side down low, close to my vagina. I am thinking that it might be one of my kidneys, as I always have a small amount of blood showing I m urine when I visit my urogolist every 6 months. My mother died at the age of 45 4months after she had kidney stone surgery.
