What Causes Severe Pain In Upper Abdomen And Chest?

I went to the ER yesterday afternoon with severe pain in the upper part of stomach, into my chest. I was having no other systomys or hurting anywhere else. after they hooked me up to and and took a lot of blood and peeing in a cup they wanted to send me to get a ct scan. While I was waiting to get started with the scan, the nurse practioner came in and not to. The test on my pee came back that I had a severe UTI. How can that be? I wasn t running any temp, having problems peeing, no back pain, wasn t hurting or burning while I peeded, it wasn t cloudy or had a foul ordor! She gave 2 shot of demoral while I was there then sent me home with script antiabiotcs and something for nausea. I still have the pain, but no other systems. Please excuse my spelling and please help me. Thank you

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the clinical condition of pain without fever and urine indicative of infection then it can be possible and in this case better to get done culture sensitivity test and possibility of stone need to be ruled out too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
