What Causes Severe Pain In Upper Arm With A Bruise From Armpit To Elbow?

I have had moderate to severe pain in my upper arm for over a week. I haven t bumped it or injured it. It started with a twitch in my shoulder before the pain started and moved down the arm. Now there is a bruise stretching from my armpit down to my elbow. What could cause this? It s very sore!

Hi,

Detection of fluid in USG scanning could be-

-Either a normal physiological thing that happens after ovulation in every ovulating woman.
- It can be pelvic inflammation where there is lot of pain in lower abdomen with painful defecation &urination, fever ,urine problems ,& vaginal discharge.
-Any other growth in pelvis. , with pressure symptoms&glands in groin.

*Genital infection since few days back is not likely to cause free fluid (in pouch of douglus).

Please get your deep vaginal swab culture done to differentiate.Consult a gynecologist for more personal &specific advise after physical examination &other needful investigations.
