What Causes Severe Pain In Upper Back And Chest During Nights?

I have had sharp pains down the rght side of neck before. however, the last few nights, I have awaken in the middle of the night with pain in upper part of my back that is equally in pain in the front chest area. thoughts? soryy, I don t have a credit card

I really appreciate your concern, such neck pain could be due to muscular spasm and this is mostly happening due to poor posture during sleep, and it can be get rid with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day, this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
