What Causes Severe Pain In Upper Back Area?

I am a female. I am having pain in the top right side of back. Feels like under shoulder blade. It has been going on for 2 days . I thought at first it was a pulled muscle, but i can move my shoulder all around with no pain. So I figure that s out. My blood pressure has been up today. I think because of the pain itself. It usual is very good. I have lost 38 pounds and only take 25mg cozzaar at pm. So, is this related to blood pressure and heart. I don t understand why this is hurting like this. Thanks JP
