What Causes Severe Pain In Upper Limb With Swelling?

I am 70 years. suffering from strong pain in left upper limb with little swelling. Previously about 8 years back the same pain occured in the lower part of the limb with swelling reddish patches . Doctor gave me Hetrazon 100 and Neotraxet 2.5 mg . Now what will be the medicine and dose ? S. Chatterjee
