What Causes Severe Pain In Upper Right Side Abdominal Pain And Sneezing?
I have extreme pain in my upper right side that completely stops me from sneezing. I have raised inflammation marks but have had every test completed...CT Scan, MRCP , two ultrasounds and an endiscopy(sorry for the spelling..lol). All have come back with nothing of note...Some fatty tissue, two minor hernias that doctors aren t concerned about. I ve had three antibiotics and Alot of painkillers that do not dull the pain. Some protein in my urine but otherwise clear.i also am having alot of gastrointestinal issues including diarrhoea and then constipation. Nausea and vomiting following eating. Night sweats and also fevers every few days. I m at the end of the line and am tearing my hair out. Can anyone help me?
As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated. You can go for an ultrasound scan for further evaluation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
