What Causes Severe Pain On Bridge Of Nose?

The bridge of my nose hurts to even touch it. I do not have any congestion. I do not have allergies. I do not have sinusitis, no pain anywhere but the bone. It has gotten worse all day. (Was not there when I went to bed last night-woke up with it). It feels like I got hit. (No nobody hit it and no falls or running into doors)

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
There is a condition called collumeitis, in which a sub-clinical inflammation is present in the nasal collumella.
It looks that this inflammation has traversed to the nasal bones to give you pain on the bridge of the nose.
Get an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines' course and you will be fine.
Also consult an ENT Surgeon as he is the only one who can examine the nose internally properly to get a proper diagnosis and get you a prescription for a cure.
Stop pricking the nose if you have t he habit.
