What Causes Severe Pain On Either Side Of The Rib Cage?

I have severe diblitating pain in both sides of my rib cage when I cough laugh sneeze bend down or turn my torso this lasts fir at least 10 mins each time and it happens at least 2-3 times a day this has been going on for 17 years since my twins were born

I really appreciate your concern, it is the muscular spasm and some time it is associated with Hyperacidity and it can be managed with Tab Omeprazole with Diclofenac 40 mg once in day hope this information helps.
