What Causes Severe Pain On Joints And Bones?

I am 64 years old, height is 5'6" weighing 68-69 kgs.
My problem is having severe pain in all the joints and bones, specially in legs from knee to ankles and fingers and also the palm and finger's joints. With the investigation shows the osteo athritics. While walking and get up from the chairs, pain is too severe. Suggest types of the investigation to be carried out. Bone analysis, vitamin D3 and B
complex tests have been done. Type of the treatment you suggest.
