What Causes Severe Pain On Right Knee?

Hi. I have an awful lot of pain in my right knee. it clicks when moving and i have great difficulty standing up from a kneeling position. it originated as a soccer injury, i have tried anti inflammatorymedication but nothing has worked. what could it be?
