What Causes Severe Pain On Right Side Of The Body With History Of Having Pulmonary Embolism?

Hi my name is krista I have history of PE and I have had severe pain in my right side now for 3 days and this is the side the clot was on I also have a factor 5 Leyden and have not had my blood thinners in months I do not have medical so I don t have a primary care doc..in your opinion should I go to the emergency room
