What Causes Severe Pain On The Ankle?

Hi Doctor, My daugher is 10 years old. Since the last 1 month, she has been complaining of acute pain in her ankle of both legs. On the advice of pediatrician, we got a blood test done which shows ECR count of 64. Pl advise what could be the possbile reasons & what should be done
