What Causes Severe Pain On The Left Side Of The Abdomen?

hi Doc, I am on Antibiotics, i have been having a sever pain in the left upper part of stomach, i have a chest pain and feeling like throwing up sometimes. i also feel like going to the toilet to get some sort of relief but nothing changes. this started 3 days ago. kindly advise

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of acute gastroenteritis is more likely.
Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
Take pantoprazole (antacid) and domperidone (anti emetic) twice daily before food.
Drink oral rehydration solution (ORS).
Start metronidazole (gut specific antibiotic) and probiotic drug for faster recovery.
If you still vomit even after these drugs, better to consult doctor.
