Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

You may be suffering from chronic bronchitis.

It may be an allergic or infectious bronchitis.

Use bronchodilators, antibiotics and antihistamines.

Pain may be due to pneumonia or bronchiectasis or pleurisy etc.

Avoid cool drinks and cold water, smoking and caffeine drinks.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
