What Causes Severe Pain On The Left Side Of The Waist?
i woke up with a sharp pain on my left side waist, it across my stomach ,down to my belly button. it lasted 5 minutes, went away for 5 minutes ,then came back, this went on for a hour. it finally went away but i had pressure in the area the rest of the day

Left upper abdomen pain usually is due to gastritis and left lower abdomen pain is due to intestinal or ovary related pain of yours is mostly due to gastritis. Take antacids for 3 days you will be okay.
