What Causes Severe Pain On The Right Calf?

My right calf of my leg feels like it exploded...very very painful...I have tried keeping it elevated...using heating pad off and on taking aleeve...this happened last Friday...it s still very sore......I don t know what else to try...when I walk sometimes it feels like it s grabbing and soreness....

Hello,

Add magnesium to your actual treatment.

If any varicose veins locally, should check out with angiologist, and run Doppler ultrasound of blood vessels.

If you hit or any other local trauma, should check out with your physician to rule out possible blood clots.

If Aleeve is not helping, should ask your physician for another more potent prescription pain killer.
