What Causes Severe Pain On The Right Side Of The Rib Cage?

2 weeks ago I started getting pain in my right side of my ribs than started noticing my vein sticks out and has a knot feeling in it. When I lift my arm up or lay on my side or touch it It cause a lot of pain I ve been on calcium pills, folic acid, prenatal pills, and a blood thinner
