What Causes Severe Pain On The Surgical Scab Of The Elbow?
I had elbow surgery on 1/19/16. The next day I found a popped blister. It is still healing. I have a scab and it is still dark pink at the site. It been almost 2 months! It is healing but slowly. Is this normal? I m going to see my primary doctor at 3 today to have her look at it. If it gets wet it is more painful till it dries.

From history it seems that there might be having tender painful hypertrophied scar giving rise this problem.
Or there can be having chronic infection producing non healing wound.
Consult your treating doctor and get examined.
You might require scrapping of non healing wound or ulcer.
