What Causes Severe Pain On Wrist And Inner Elbow?

i am feeling unbearable pain in my wrist and inner elbow , also in middle of hand from over 14 hrs. i didnt get hurt from anywhere and also i did not lift anything heavy. I thought it may be due to stretching of muscles but it has been much time now and i cant bear this anymore. please help
