What Causes Severe Pain Post Surgical Vacuum Abortion?

I had an surgical vacuum abortion on Tuesday and the other morning I had excruciating pain which felt like contractions, they'd ease off, then about 10 seconds later be extremely painful again. I am also leaking fluid out of my breasts, when will my breast stop leaking this fluid? And this that pain normal?

it appears tobe incompete abortion. consult your gyne and obstretic doctor for examination. if abortion iscompeteyou may need oxytocic drug for uterine contraction.
