What Causes Severe Pain Under My Ribs And Dizziness?

Pain under my left rib cage when i breathe intermittently, too the point where i can barley move and have too take short breaths or it hurts. Random dizzynezz and stomache hurting. The other night i got dizzy and fell and hit my head on the wall, and was told i started twiching for a little bit, i dont remember any of that moment in time. Now today i had to leave work because I felt dizzy kind of like i was going too pass out. any ideas?
