What Causes Severe Pain Under The Left Rib Cage?

I have a piercing pain under my left rib cage and it extends through my left shoulder blade. This has happened 3 times this year Jan 17, March 17 and again for the last 2 weeks. I had an endoscope in May which found small traces of H. Pylori. Completed the treatment for that but this is worse than ever.

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-:
1)Take PANTAPRAZOLE-40MG /DAY UPTO 14 DAYS
2)TAKE METRONIDAZOLE 500 MG TWO TIMES UPTO 14 DAYS
3)TAKE AMOXICILLIN-500MG THREE TIMES PER DAY UPTO 14 DAYS
Advise-stool exam & blood DC
