What Causes Severe Pain With Numbness And Tingling Sensation In Arm, Shoulder And Neck?

The tip of my fingers tingle and numing go up my left arm to really bad stabing pain in my shoulder blade to my neck. When I m just sitting I get very sharp stabing pain. Happens when walking. Now I can t even sweep or vacuum . I hurt so bad I want to scream

THE PROBLEM APPEARS TO BE NEUROLOGICAL, CAN START TAKING TAB NEUROBION FORTE ONE DAILY FOR ONE MONTH.EXCLUDE CERVICAL SPONDILOSYS. TAKE NECK COLOR AVOID PILLOW AT BEDTIME. USE HARD BED.
