What Causes Severe Pains In The Lower Left Abdomen After Eating And Drinking?
Hello doctor. I am 24 years of age and I have been feeling pains in my lower left abdomen for few years now. I have done scan twice and was told nothing is wrong. But I this pain keeps resurfacing. Mostly, when I eat, drink then walk immediately I feel a knotty pain like am wounded internally. I want to go to the hospital again but I just want to ask you too because I am feeling severe pains.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.
