What Causes Severe Pelvic Pain After The Application Of The Silver Nitrate?

I just received silver nitrate for what I was told, granulation tissue in my vagina. The doctor said the procedure would sting a little, but it caused INTENSE pain with some slight stinging afterwards. I m in severe pain now in my pelvic area and bottom. I have cramps and pressure, almost like delivering a baby. Should I go to the ER?

Yes please go to ER as some patients might experience anaphylaxis and allergic reaction to some medication I am not sure the exact condition and severity of the pain, please get checked by a doctor .
