What Causes Severe Pelvic Pain, Back Pain And Delayed Periods?

I am one week late on my period. 39 years old and I quit taking the BC pill about 1 1/2 months ago. My husband and I had sex one week before I ovulated and I am having horrible pelvic pain and right side back pain, tender breasts, cant sleep, hot flashes. I have never been late and I am under a tremendous amount of stress.

Hello mam, do a urine pregnancy test and if negative Wait for a week and if u still dont get your periods or if the symptoms are not tolerable get an ultrasound done and visit your gynecologist immediately. Take care and all the best.
