What Causes Severe Pelvic Pain Long After Removal Of Ureter Due To Bladder Cancer?

MY BROTHER HAD BLADDER CANCER SEVERAL YEARS AGO(ABOUT 10) HE LATER HAD TO HAVE HIS URETHER REMOVED. HE IS NOW IN EXTREME PAIN IN THE PELVIC AREA. COULD THE CANCER HAVE COME BACK ELSEWHERE IN THE SAME AREA? HE HAS HAD A MRI/CAT SCAN AND BLOOD TESTS. EVERYTHING IS NORMAL. WHAT COULD IT BE?

I really appreciate your concern, if this the history of malignancy then it can turns into metastasis but here the tests are unremarkable then it may not be malignancy but pain could be due to some other reason infection may be likely hope this information helps.
