What Causes Severe Penis Pain During Intercourse?

Hi, idk exactly how this works, but i will ask you a question anyway, during sex, when my fenulum is forced back, it swollens into a bag of fluid, that it s very painful and makes the whole intercuorse highly unpleasant, do you have any idea what it might be? Thank you

Thanks for query .

Based on thefact that you hve posted your frenulum swells up aafter retraction during sex making it painful sex .

This is mostly due to a band of adhesion between glans penis and frenulum and developing what is called as Paraphimosis .

You need to consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical examination and get the band excised by a surgery called Frenuloplasty.

This is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure and helps to have enjoyable sex for rest of the life.
