What Causes Severe Persistent Headache?

I m in early menopause (42), was told this about 7 years ago when trying to get pregnant. Lose a lot of blood while menstruating which I started today. Headaches started a couple of days ago. And starting two days ago my blood pressure has been elevated. Is this all related?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, yes this is more or less related if this is the menopause and heavy menses with headache but it is unrelated if it is the blood pressure, if it is the hypertension then it may not be due to this but it could be separate condition and it need to be taken separately, hope this information helps.
