Wondering if anybody can help, I have very severe phimosis (pulling as far back as possible you can only just see top of the head) Then recently during intercourse it managed to pull it all the way back and stretched right open and it stayed like that for a while. After about 3 days it went back to its usual tightness and completely covers the head. Here s my problem it s been sore ever since and it s been around 3 weeks even though it looks to have healed from what I can see I can t pull it back to see the underneath. There s no smell, I did notice some smegma had worked it s way to the top which I ve never really had before. And when I squeeze the head it feels sore but I can t tell If that s because of the skin or if it s the head itself. Also after urination it stings a little and can randonly just start feeling sore when I m not touching it at all. How long should a tear like this take to heal or is there anything I should be using to speed up the recovery ?
