Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi there. I used the site to put in my symptoms. I m a little concerned that I should maybe go to the doctor to get things checked out further. I ve never had pain quite like this before.. it s a lot of pressure in the pelvic region. I could not sleep because of it last night. The only thing that helped was when I actually got to the point where I was so queasy, I sipped on some hot lemon water, and then I vomited. Then I was finally able to fall asleep. The pain was better this morning.. but i m still getting sharp pains in that area as the day progresses. When should I go get checked out?
Thanks for Thanks for your question on Healthcare. I can understand your concern. Pain in Pelvic region subsiding with vomiting is seen with intestinal infection, Urinary tract infection, appendicitis and Renal stone. So better to consult doctor and get done ultrasound examination of abdomen, stool and urine microscopic examination. You may need antibiotics and other supportive drugs on the basis of reports. Don't worry, you will be alright. Consult doctor and discuss all these. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
