I have an extreme pressure on both testicles. It's a recurring thing. It's really bad today, should I be worried after blowing it off for the past few years? I've been told I have kidney stones, but they were too small to bust up. It's getting so bad I can barely move.
Hi. Thanks for your query. You have got severe pain in the testicles along with kidney stones albeit small. The most important reason with the above history is the recurrent urinary tract infection which is treated inadequately or not investigated thoroughly.
The pain in the testes must be due to the inflammation of the testes and epididymes called epididymo-orchitis.
I would advise you the following in such a condition: Investigations: Blood: CBC, STD tests if you are exposed to risky sex behaviour, blood sugar and other relevant tests. Urine: Culture and sensitivity tests before the antibiotic is started. Ultrasonography and color doppler study of the abdomen and the scrotum.
These will help to get a proper diagnosis which is the most important part of deciding the proper treatment plan to get a long term cure.
Also: Plenty of fluids orally, Scrotal support. safe sex practices . These help a lot.
