What Causes Severe Pressure On The Top Of Head?
Hi, I have had intermittent weak vision, mainly on left eye for a few days now. I have a feeling of pressure around the top of my head and feel very tired. I went to the Emergency Department 2 days ago and was kept under observation overnight and released. No tests were done, but a MRI has been booked for 2 March. I am home today and still feel somewhat dizzy. What could this be?

If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
We have to rule out possible causes like lesion in the brain.
