What Causes Severe Pulsating Pain Around The Left Eye?

Hi my sister had a strong pain on, in around her L eye this evening. The pain was pulsing and she said, there was fire like pain. She just arrived last Friday from Turkey. She didn t sleep more than 20 hours.Same pain came first last Monday. I gave her little bit neck and shoulder massage, it worked. But massage didn t work this time. Then I gave her Tylenol extra strength. The pain is less now.Could you tell me any information about it?Thank you,Kamer

without local examination it is not possible to arrive at diagnosis field tracing and iot to be measured.fundus examination have to be done.
