I need some help badly any suggestions.
Hi. As per your case history you are having either urticaria or allergic dermatitis. My treatment advice is - 1. Avoid using any new products like soap or perfume as it may worsen the condition. 2. Don't take any medication without consulting a doctor as it may worsen the condition. 3. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily. 4. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days. 5. Other treatment options are oral steroid, hydroxyzine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
Thanks. Dr. Harshit bhachech. MBBS, DDVL.
