What Causes Severe Rashes On The Skin While On Otezla?

I have been on otezla for a year or so for my psoriatic arthritis & it was working great - I was about completely cleared up- I started taking plexus products a few months ago - now I m having bad flare-ups with my psoriasis - my skin rash is bad, with cracking/splitting on my hands especially. Could some of the ingredients in the plexus be causing the otezla to be less effective?
