What Causes Severe Right-sided Abdomen Pain, Vomiting And Fainting Feeling?

So I had this really severly pain in my side it was like a hunger pain but I was not hungry at all I felt like if I ate I would throw up the pain was to the point were I was crying cruld up in a ball it lasted bout an hour. I felt like passing out and my body would just fall. It s happened bout 3 times already it seems like it s getting worse each time.

Hi,

Some lab work needed are abdomen ultrasonography, CBC and differential, LFT, RFT. These tests will rule out any major problem so, these should be done. Take diet [eat fruits, vegetables, salads] avoid caffeine, alcohol, smoking. Until you can use [for pain relief SOS Ibuprofen 200mg]. Psychological stress related with it, you can use some breathing exercise or ombw online course of art of living is good option.
