What Causes Severe Right Sided Abdominal Pain?
My right side has bothered me off and on for a few years now. My doctor says it s my appendix but I tend to think it s a cyst on my one remaining ovary. It hurts for sometimes a week and a half to 2 weeks and once I don t know how to describe it other than it was excruciating for a day and I was exhausted managed to fall asleep and the next day it was completely better

* There can be issue with chronic appendicitis, cyst of ovary giving intermittent symptoms or else.
I would suggest to go for a CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis during the period of pain symptoms, so that the best modality of therapy can be curtailed out there.
