What Causes Severe Round Ligament Pain In Lower Abdomen?

hi this is meenu . i m 33 years old, weight 130lbs n 5.3'' height. i m 21 weeks pregnant n had severe round ligament pain in lower abdomen. for this i applied Bengay cream n after 20 minutes i realised that may be its not safe n i wiped it with a wet cloth. so help me n tell the effects.

The pain in the abdomen is due to tension on the round ligament by the growing uterus.
You should not apply any ointments at all.
Simplest solution is to lie on the same side where the pain is.

This is not a disease, it is a normal natural phenomenon.
