What Causes Severe Sharp Pain In Breasts Of A Child While On Antibiotics?

I have a three year old daughter. , she has been complaining of her boobs hurting anytime I pick her up under the arm pits and put in pressure on the upper chest area. This pain is bilateral and she kind of jumps like it is a sharp pain. This started today. She has been on antibiotics for strep throat since Monday, this is her 5th time with strep/scarlet fever rash and using cephalexan everytime. Never any side effects.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the chest pain particularly of mammary gland area then it could insignificant and no need to worry about this if no swelling is there, if the complaint persistence then clinical examination is must hope this information helps.
